The online program will run the length of the in-person series for 6 weeks. You can go at your pace and in the comfort of your home. You will get the benefits of having Victoria still guide you and answer your questions to help you with your run goals. The cost for this program is $185 which is a great deal because the normal cost of the program is $250 or a private session for run gait analysis is $350.
